14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you order as a consumer from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods – no reason needed. To use this right, email cpaleadsis@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
How to return an item
Contact us first at the email above – we will send you return instructions and the correct return address, as items ship from different warehouses. Please do not send items back without contacting us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong.
Items should be unused and in original packaging when returned. You are only liable for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned item (or proof of shipment), we refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, clothing worn in direct contact with the skin (including corsets with intimate contact areas) cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is removed – unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund – your statutory rights under Danish consumer law (2-year complaint right on manufacturing defects) apply.
