This is a standard template. Final terms must be reviewed before launch.
1. The agreement
These terms apply to all purchases made at steamgears.eu. By placing an order you accept these terms. Danish consumer law applies where mandatory.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
3. Ordering
Items are made to order. An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We may cancel an order if a product is sold out or mispriced; you are of course refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is captured at checkout through our payment provider. We never store your card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are stated on each product page and on our Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase from the day the item is received, per EU consumer law. The item must be unused and in resalable condition. Read how on our Refund & Returns page.
7. Complaints
Goods are covered by the statutory 24-month right of complaint for consumers, including the two-year limitation under Danish law. Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery. Contact us via the contact page.

8. Liability
We are liable per applicable Danish law. Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered item(s).
9. Governing law
Danish law governs this agreement, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
